![]() ![]() Revised boost control at high RPM for 2018 Raptor Stage 2 maps all other maps unchanged and adjusted for version number parity Original release calibration for 2020 Raptor improved power at higher charge air temperatures on 2019 Stage 1 93 OCT map Maps have been updated to eliminate unnecessary DTC suppression. Initial release of Performance Tow calibrations. Knock Octane Modifier and Coolant Temperature are both parameters the Accessport can monitor.Ĭomprehensive evolution of original OTS improved power/torque consistency over a wider range of operating conditions, improved driveability. This is to prevent heavy load in the case the vehicle begins to overheat due to a mechanical failure. Knock Octane Modifier (KOM) will be limited to -1.0 while Engine Coolant Temperature is above 250*F (121*C) on COBB OTS maps. ![]() Limiting Knock Octane Modifier during warm up is done to prevent unnecessary strain before the engine has reached a reasonable temperature. It is common to see a KOM of 0 when the vehicle is warming up. By 135*F (57*C), KOM will return to the retained learned value if it is greater than 0. Knock Octane Modifier (KOM) will be limited to less than or equal to 0 while Engine Coolant Temperature is below 130*F (54.5*C) on COBB OTS maps.Ideally this value should be at +1.0 but it can change depending on conditions other than knock. The lower the KOM the less the power output. KOM can dictate how much load, boost, ignition timing, etc. Knock Octane Modifier (KOM) is a learned variable that will change dependent mainly on knock corrections over time.Shift Firmness: increased shift firmness during moderate to high-power shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.Shift Points: skip-shifting in ‘Normal’ mode has been eliminated, except for light throttle 1-3 shifts for comfort increased shift points for livelier acceleration more responsive downshift schedules more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules.Torque Limits: increased torque limits for more aggressive launches and acceleration.ĬOBB Sport: this map is intended to be a performance-first improvement on the stock transmission behavior.Stock behavior would inhibit upshift until pedal position is re-applied above ~10%. Upshift Backout: upshift inhibit (zero APP gear-holding) in ‘Sport’ mode following high-power acceleration and throttle backout has been disabled.Shift Firmness: moderately increased shift firmness during high-power, high-RPM shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.Shift Points: skip-shifting in ‘Normal’ drive mode has been maintained moderately increased shift points for sportier acceleration more responsive downshift schedules more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules.Simulated Stock: this is a stock transmission calibration from a ’19-20 F150 Limited.ĬOBB OEM+: this map is intended to be a sporty but refined improvement on the stock transmission behavior. ![]() For vehicles from 2017-2019 you'll manually select the map for the ECU and TCM individually as they are flashing separate units, if the Accessport has transmission tuning enabled. Starting in 2020 the F150 combines the ECU and TCM into one unit, as such you'll flash one map that covers both the transmission and engine maps at the same time. Please contact COBB Support if you have any questions.ĬLICK HERE FOR ECU MAP NOTES & POWER GAINS Warning! Installation of this Accessport over anything other than OEM or COBB software may result in ECU/TCU failure. It includes various Off The Shelf transmission tunes which adjust shift points, shift firmness, skip shift behavior, and torque limits to fit your preferred driving style. This version of the Accessport includes the capability to flash the TCM which is the unit that controls the transmission. And what's looks without brains? More processing power, memory, and storage to flash faster while saving all of your maps and logs. Fully customizable from the look (multiple bezel colors), layout (set up race, street, or dyno gauge clusters), and mounting options (choose from 1,000s of standard vehicle mounts). Simple ECU flashing with gauge package! The new in-cabin mountable Accessport V3 has a large, full color, higher resolution screen which allows you to monitor up to six parameters in real time.
